SOLUTION: This azine derivative expressed by general formula (I) [wherein, X is a halogen atom; R is H or an alkyl; and Ar is phenyl or a 5- or 6-membered ring containing a hetero atom (O, S or N) and these rings may be substituted by a halogen atom, an alkyl or a haloalkyl] or its salt is provided.
