SAFETY CONTROL DEVICE OF WORK VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe control device capable of safely operating a boom when an abnormality occurs on an apparatus forming the safety control device. SOLUTION: This safety control device 90 of a work vehicle is mounted on the vehicle having a vehicle body and the boom installed on the vehicle body and comprises first and second operation restricting means 98 and 99 restricting the operations of the boom under prescribed conditions determined for the vehicle body and the boom. The device also comprises an abnormality detection means 89 detecting whether the first and second operation restricting means 98 and 99 are abnormal or not and a restriction switching means 96 which, when either one of the first and second operation restricting means 98 and 99 is detected abnormal by the abnormality detection means 89, stops the operation of the operation detection means detected to be abnormal and which continuously performs the restriction of the operations of the boom under the prescribed conditions determined in the other of the first and second operation restricting means 98 and 99.
