SOLUTION: Water to be untreated introduced into a water storage tank 9 is fed to a water-sprayed hose 5 by the driving force of a pump 7c and dripped from a plurality of holes 5a in the vicinity of the upper end 3b of a flow path part 3a. Since the surface of the flow path part 3a is made superhydrophilic by a photocatalyst, water is spread so as to be full of width, gradually flows downward while forming a thin water film and finally enters the water storage tank 7a.
