Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dispersion having stabilized dispersion characteristics without aging, which has titanium oxide with a photocatalytic property dispersed in an aqueous medium, and to provide a coating liquid which is excellent in the photocatalytic capability using the dispersion. SOLUTION: The dispersion is characterized by having the titanium oxide with the photocatalytic property dispersed in the aqueous medium containing a water soluble metal chelating compound.
