WARPING SORTING APPARATUS FOR ROD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for sorting a rod (rod-like body) having a circular cross section regarding a size of warping (bending). SOLUTION: In the warping sorting apparatus for the rod, a screen body and a slit are arranged on a rolling base capable of adjusting an inclination angle in parallel in a direction perpendicular to an inclination angle adjustment direction. In the warping sorting apparatus for the rod, the rod on the rolling base regulated with a position by abutting it on the screen body is rolled in a direction of the slit by gravity and the rod is sorted by dropping off or passing in the slit. The screen bodies are arranged at both ends of the rolling base and the three slits are arranged on a central part of the rolling base in parallel. Opening width of the slits at both sides arranged so as to clamp the central slit is made same and opening width of the central slit is made larger than the opening width of the slits at both sides.
