Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller which can materialize downsizing, price reduction and saving of manhour in manufacture, while securing the electric insulation between each circuit section and the next required for a motor controller operating with high-voltage power. SOLUTION: A motor controller which is equipped with: a power semiconductor module which is equipped with an inverter part, a converter part, and a plurality of external electrode terminals; and a power circuit board to which at least two or more external electrode terminals are conneted out of the above plurality of external electrode terminals. A through hole or through holes are provided between at least two or more external electrode terminals out of external electrode terminals connected to the above power circuit board, and insulating barriers are inserted and arranged in the above through holes.
