Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a display device restraining generation of dark spots and rise of initial drive voltage as well as voltage rise at continuous drive, preventing break of hole injection balance, and to provide a display device. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the display device includes a process of forming a first electrode 14 on a substrate 11, a process of forming a mixture layer 21 made of two or more organic materials with different glass transition temperatures, a process of applying a heating treatment to the mixture layer 21 at a temperature higher than the glass transition temperature of an organic material with the lowest glass transfer temperature and lower than the glass transition temperature of an organic material with the highest glass transition temperature, a process of forming an organic layer 18 at least having the mixture layer 21 and a light-emitting layer 18c by forming the light-emitting layer over the heat-treated mixture layer 21, and a process of forming a second electrode 19 on the organic layer 19.
