PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform marketing by easily finding out an influential person. SOLUTION: This questionnaire device includes a communication part 16 for transmitting questionnaire data including influential person question data for asking a question to an influential person affecting an answerer through a network 2 to a plurality of medical person concerned terminal devices 30, and for receiving answer data to be transmitted from the plurality of medical person concerned terminal devices 30 through the network 2 and a totaling part 15 for totaling the answer data to be transmitted from the plurality of medical person concerned terminal devices 30. The totaling part 15 extracts the influential person answer data to the influential person question data from answer data, and generates total data by totaling the number of answerers for each influential person. Thus, it is possible to efficiently make merchandise publicly known by making a person in charge of business to perform business activity for the actualized influential person.
