PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment equipped with members for realizing accurate waterproof of a touch panel frame section even with a small pressurizing force. SOLUTION: A sheet-shaped member 40 for preventing the entry of moisture and dusts or the like to the inside of electronic equipment 1 is arranged between a touch panel 10 and a case body 30. In detail, the sheet-shaped member 40 is interposed between an excitation section 18 of a frame section 14 of the touch panel 10 and a frame 34 of the case body 30 so that moisture or dirt adhered to an operation face 12 of the touch panel 10 or dusts in atmosphere can be prevented from directly entering the inside of the frame section 14 of the touch panel or electronic equipment 1.
