MOBILE PHONE WITH CAMERA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone with a camera, which can be attached to a tripod when used, the tripod allowing an ordinary camera to be used on. SOLUTION: A tapped hole 44 with which a male screw 42 for camera attachment of a tripod 40 is to be engaged is formed in a mobile phone 10 with a camera. The tapped hole 44 is engaged with the male screw 42 for camera attachment of the tripod 40 to attach the mobile phone 10 with the camera to the tripod 40. When photographing, a user moves the tripod 10 while watching an image displayed on a sub-display device 22, so that a CCD camera module 20 of the mobile phone 10 with the camera is turned toward a subject. Then the user operates another mobile phone 10 with a camera while waiting for a shutter chance to transmit an infrared remote control signal to the mobile phone 10 with the camera attached to the tripod 10, at a desired timing. Thus an electronic shutter of the mobile phone 10 with the camera attached to the tripod 10 is released to photograph. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
