Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyurethane foam for toner supply rolls, which can improve toner scrapability and suppliability and can suppress the occurrence of image density difference when printing. SOLUTION: The polyurethane foam for toner supply rolls is used to supply toner to a photoreceptor in a developing part of an image forming apparatus and has the average number of cells based on JIS K6400, of 50 to 80 pieces per 25 mm. It is preferable that the hardness of the foam based on JIS K6400 is 170 to 300N. Furthermore, it is preferable that the polyurethane foam has 3 to 20% heat and moisture distortion after being left at 70°C temperature and 95% humidity for 48 hours. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
