And the transformation pre load method to improve a vertical isolating function remarkably is proposed, and this method is used with a conventional asymmetrical design and/or combining one set of sheared flexible member 66 of an asymmetrical arrangement, which achieves an ideal certain dismantling by the response to the input that biases vertically the foundation manually.
