Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment method of nickel nanoparticles capable of conducting a surface treatment of nickel particles for a high-capacity laminated ceramic capacitor and yielding the nickel particles having a smooth surface and high tap density. SOLUTION: The surface treatment method of the nickel nanoparticles includes steps of; dispersing the nickel nanoparticles into a reducing organic solvent to obtain a dispersion liquid; heating the dispersion liquid to increase the surface homogeneity of the nickel nanoparticles; heating the dispersion liquid; separating the nickel nanoparticles from the heated dispersion liquid; and washing and drying the separated nickel nanoparticles.
