Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a film having a honeycomb structure, useful as a base material for culturing cells and having excellent bioavailability. SOLUTION: The method for producing the biodegradable polymer film having the honeycomb structure comprises casting a solution comprising a biodegradable polymer, a phospholipid and an organic solvent on a substrate in the atmosphere having 50-95% relative humidity, gradually evaporating the organic solvent while simultaneously forming dew on the surface of the cast liquid surface, and evaporating the fine droplets caused by the dew formation.
