Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently producing a protein molecule with less glycosylated sites, which has anticoagulant activity at least equal to that of TFPI and other activities when not reinforced, and which reduces immunogenicity of the protein when administered to a mammal. SOLUTION: The method is to produce chimeric proteins which contain (a) Kunitz-type domain 1 of TFPI-2 and (b) Kunitz-type domain 2 of TFPI, which includes (a) process of providing transformed host cells including expression vectors with polynucleotide sequences encoding the chimeric proteins, further with expression-controlling sequences compatible with expression of the sequences of the polynucleotide sequences encoding the chimeric proteins, and (b) process of incubating the transformed host cells under a condition that the polynucleotide sequences encoding the chimeric proteins can be expressed.
