Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for attaining the desired braking action on the one hand, and reducing friction and abrasion on the other hand, by improving a form of a pin 1 having a sliding surface 3 around a joining part with a support bolt 2, by rotatably joining the pin 1 to the support bolt 2, in the device for holding a bobbin to the pin 1 in a creel of, for example, a fine spinning machine.
