Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to fit simply a molding in a door panel of an automobile automatically without applying any unreasonable force. SOLUTION: A molding fitting tool 10 is structured so that a force sensor to sense the force applied to the molding M from the fitting tool 10 is interposed between the tool body 11 and an arm 7, a finger 13 is installed on one side of the tool body 11 as a means to hold the molding M while it abuts to the end of the molding M, and that three suction pads 15 leading to a vacuum device are installed at a constant spacing on one surface of the tool body 11, and further a pair of brackets 16 having a U-shape section are mounted on the side face of the tool body 11 perpendicularly intersecting the mounting surfaces of the pads 15, where rollers 17, 18, 19 for fitting the molding M in the door panel are supported rotatably on the respective brackets 16.
