METHOD FOR PRODUCING THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in an external appearance and a quality by directly supplying an essential raw material component to a twin screw extruder. SOLUTION: The method for producing the thermoplastic elastomer composition includes a process (1) of supplying at least olefine copolymer rubber and an olefine resin to the plasticized kneading part of the twin screw extruder having at least two kneading disks in which a chip clearance is not less than 1% and less than 10% of a cylinder inner diameter of the twin screw extruder, melting, and kneading to generate a molten kneaded material; and a process (2) of supplying an organic peroxide to the dynamic cross-linking part and dynamically cross-linking the molten kneaded material in a dynamic cross-linking part of the twin screw extruder having at least two kneading disks in which a chip clearance is less than 1% of the cylinder inner diameter of the twin screw extruder.
