SOLUTION: A motor controller measures the control duty D1 at a first rotational speed v1, the control duty D1r at a first rotational speed v1 where a resistor r is added in series to a motor connection, the control duty D2 at a second rotational speed v2, and the control duty D2r at a second rotational speed v2 where a resistor r is added in series to a motor connection, and computes a duty difference Ds from formulae: A=D1r-D1, B=D2r-D2, and Ds=(v1-v2)*(B*D1-A*D2)/(B*v1-A*v2).
