ACOUSTIC/VIDEO PLAYBACK SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of cables that extend from an AV playback output device 1 in an AV playback system interconnected by the AV playback output device 1 and a speaker drive 2 by a cable 4. SOLUTION: The AV playback output device 1 comprises a playback device 11 and a cable connector 10, and the connector 10 comprises a video output terminal 101 for outputting video signals, an acoustic output terminal 102 for outputting acoustic signals, and a power input terminal 105 for supplying power to the playback device 11. The speaker drive 2 comprises external acoustic output terminals 251-255, an external video output terminal 24, an external power input terminal 27 and a cable connector 20, and the connector 20 comprises a video output terminal 201 for supplying video signals to the external video output terminal 24, an acoustic input terminal 202 for supplying acoustic signals to the external acoustic output terminals 251-255, and a power output terminal 205 for outputting power from the external power input terminal 27.
