Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize mobile reception that is hardly affected by Doppler shift and fading. SOLUTION: A storage part 9 is provided which stores priority information showing a sequence excellent in deterioration resistance that changes due to the influence of a moving speed about each transmission parameter of a transmission parameter group concerning deterioration resistance in a transmission line coding method for terrestrial digital broadcasting while associated with information of different moving speeds, a selection control part 8 retrieves the storing part 9 using a moving speed detected by a speed information detecting part 10 and a transmission parameter of a program to be reproduced by a demodulating part 4 at the time of demodulation as arguments, a program subjected to transmission line coding is selected by the same transmission parameter as a transmission parameter showing a sequence that is the most excellent in deterioration resistance by priority information among retrieved transmission parameters, a decoding part 6 is made to decode an elementary stream ES and a packetized elementary stream PES constituting the program to thereby automatically receive a program that is hardly affected by Doppler shift and fading.
