Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call center system for displaying a waiting state whereby information relative to the waiting state of an awaited time of a caller or the like is displayed so as to enable the caller to take a more proper action. SOLUTION: An arrived call controller 3 registers call waiting state information including a call arrival time and a caller number to a call waiting state table as a new record on the opportunity of arrived call generation information informed from an exchange 1, and deletes the waiting call state information of the arrived call from the call waiting state table on the opportunity of the information that a terminal 2#i replies to the arrived call or the arrived call is given up on the way. Each terminal apparatus 2#i reads the call waiting state information registered in the call waiting state table as a record by each arrived call by using a state read means 13#i, and when a wait time calculated from the call arrival time of the call waiting state information and the present time exceeds a threshold value, uses a call waiting display means 8#i to display it on a display apparatus 4#i.
