ELECTRON DEVICE AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron device provided with an organic molecule layer having high carrier mobility or conductivity capable of forming in simple processes without using a special manufacturing method, and to provide an electronic equipment using it. SOLUTION: The electron device is provided with a conductive organic molecule layer which contains a principal chain constituting a first conjugate π electron system, and an organic molecule as a main component comprising the end group combined with at least one edge of a principal chain. The end group constitutes a second conjugate π electron system so that the spread of the second conjugate π electron system, in the direction which intersects perpendicularly with the principal chain may be larger than the spread of the first conjugate π electron system in the direction which intersects perpendicularly with the principal chain.
