Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a similar circuit selection device capable of selecting the similar circuit by quickly and precisely executing the comparison of two circuits, and quantitatively calculating the similarity of the both circuits. SOLUTION: This element correspondence table preparation device is provided with: an element corresponding means for preparing a correspondence table by associating the element ekof an existing design circuit with each element ejof the circuit diagram of the circuit diagram of a new design circuit for the circuit diagram of the existing design circuit; a first mean fly line distance calculating means for calculating the mean value of the distances of a fly line connected to the element ejof a position coordinate system on the circuit diagram plane for each element ejof the new design circuit; a second mean fly line distance calculating means for calculating the mean value of the distances of the fly line connected to the element ekof the position coordinate system on the circuit diagram plane for the element ekof the existing design circuit corresponding to the element ejin the association table; a similarity calculating means for calculating similarity by integrating the difference of the mean values of the distances of the both fly lines for all the elements of the new design circuit; and a selecting means for selecting the existing design circuit whose similarity is the maximum.
