Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the rotation of an intermediate transmission tool to prevent the loose fixation to a closing member and damage to a diaphragm, allow easy assembling work between the intermediate transmission tool and the closing member and allow easy replacement of individual components by easily canceling their fixation. SOLUTION: In a closing valve mounting hole 14, a driving screw member 16, the intermediate transmission tool 17, the diaphragm 18 and the closing member 19 are mounted in sequence from the outside. The closing member 19 is stored in a closing valve chest 10. The closing member 19 and the intermediate transmission tool 17 are fixed to each other via the diaphragm 18, and the closing valve chest 10 is partitioned from an intermediate transmission tool storage space 15 in a tightly sealed condition with the diaphragm 18. The intermediate transmission tool 17 is elastically pressed in a valve opening direction with a valve opening spring 21. A rotation constraining means 23 is arranged where it is not subjected to the elastic pressure of the valve opening spring 21, and it is fixed to a housing 2. The intermediate transmission tool 17 is linked with the rotation constraining means 23 to permit the movement to the direction of an axis 32 but prohibit the rotation around the axial center 32.
