Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man-hours and working hours required for adjustment of the lift by adjusting the position of a connecting pin 22 and thereby to improve productivity. SOLUTION: A lift adjusting device has a plurality of links 16 to 18 linking a driving shaft 11 interlocked and rotated with a crankshaft having a valve cam 13 lifting intake and exhaust valves. The connecting pin 22 penetrates two links 16 and 18 and connects them to be relatively rotatable. The position of the connecting pin 22 is adjusted so as to adjust valve lift amounts of the intake and exhaust valves.
