LIVING ROOM CONTROL SYSTEM FOR THE PURPOSE OF TEMPORARY USE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living room control system for the purpose of temporary use, for controlling a living room flexibly in response to a change in use, while securing security, without causing the loss of a key. SOLUTION: This living room control system for the purpose of temporary use, has an electronic lock for locking and unlocking a door of the living room, a portable information terminal for transmitting an inputted reservation offer and an unlocking request to a control device via a telecommunication line and to which coping notice performed in response to the offer and the request is sent from the control device, a registration reserving table for storing the registration reservation, a reservation control means for updating the registration reservation in response to the reservation when determining as possible and transmitting reservation accepting notice including an unlocking password to the portable information terminal used for the offer by determining whether or not use of the living room is possible on the basis of the offer and the registration reservation, and the control device having an electronic lock control means for commanding unlocking to the electronic lock when the unlocking password sent from the portable information terminal together with the unlocking request is included in the reservation accepting notice.
