Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion-resistant member having excellent corrosion resistance and adhesivity to a base material while the size of a void is controlled, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A corrosion-resistant member to be used in a corrosive circumstance comprises a base material and a sprayed ceramic coating film having a relative density of ≥80% and covering a part or the whole of the surface of the base material, and the maximum void diameter of voids being present in the surface of the sprayed ceramic coating film is ≤25 Vm. The corrosion-resistant member is obtained by using a Y2O3material having a bulk density of ≥1.5 g/cm3as a raw material and having been so dried as to have a water content of ≤1%, and conducting plasma spraying to the base material with an output of 40 to 110 kW by the use of a thermal spraying apparatus having two anode torches.
