INFORMATION TERMINAL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal device enabling a user to select a desired function without looking at the screen of the information terminal device. SOLUTION: The information terminal device has a plurality of functions and is provided with a means for detecting rhythm information, such as the number of times, the time and the interval of inputting a signal for operating the information terminal device or the type of a key for inputting the signal, a means for storing the detected rhythm information, a means for registering a function to be executed in accordance with the rhythm information, a means for comparing the stored rhythm information with the detected rhythm information, and a means for executing the registered function in accordance with the rhythm information when rhythm information are found to coincide each other as the result of the comparison of the rhythm information.
