OPERATION CONTROL METHOD OF FUEL CELL, AND SYSTEM FOR IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an operation control method so that the fuel utilization rate may be appropriate or maximum by making the fuel cell safe and stable even if the composition of the raw fuel supplied to the fuel cell is known or unknown, or even if it is unknown and fluctuates, and a system for it. SOLUTION: This is the operation control method of a fuel cell using a fuel in which a raw fuel is reformed. An oxygen sensor is arranged at the fuel introduction part to an anode of the fuel cell, the oxygen partial pressure in the fuel introduced into the anode is measured, and the fuel composition is predicted by the oxygen partial pressure value, and the flow rate of the raw fuel is controlled so that the fuel utilization rate may be appropriate or optimum.
