Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure form having excellent openness by simplifying a frame of an outer peripheral part of a high-rise or superhigh-rise building. SOLUTION: A core wall frame 1 provided at a center part, and a core tube frame 2 provided on the outside, are installed as main aseismatic elements. The core wall frame comprises a multistory shear wall of reinforced concrete construction of high rigidity, and boundary beams 4 functioning as seismic control dampers are built in required parts. The core tube frame is formed of a high yield strength frame comprising closely arranged core columns 5 and core beams 6 of short span. The top parts of the core wall frame and core tube frame are connected to each other in a structurally integral manner by a top frame. Seismic dampers 7 are built in required parts of the core tube frame. An outer peripheral part is provided with high axial force thin columns 15 of small cross sections for supporting floor load, and if necessary, outer peripheral columns 20 for restraining the flexural deformation of the core wall frame and core tube frame through the top frame.
