Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouth piece for a medicinal bottle wherein a release ring and a part of a shell part connected thereto are hardly separated independent from other parts of the mouthpiece and the whole of the mouthpiece can be securely released from the mouth of the medicinal bottle. SOLUTION: A shell part 11, a top plate 12, a through hole 13, a groove 14 and a release ring 15 are formed on the main body of this mouth piece. Cut lines 16, 17 reaching both end parts of the groove 14 are cut in both end parts of the groove 14. The tip end of the cut line 16 is positioned at the lower end of the shell part 11 and the tip end of the cut line 17 is positioned within the shell part 11. The cut line 17 in the shell part 11 is composed of a cut line 17b1 extended in the vertical direction and a cut line 17b2 inclined against the cut line 17b1.
