Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide in general a flexible integrated circuit for a photoelectron tranceiver, using a simple and clear memory map architecture, and to provide a simple serial communication device. SOLUTION: The circuit includes one or two or more memory arrays for storing information relevant to a tranceiver, a laser transmitter and a photodiode receiver, changing this analog signal received into a digital value, an analog-to-digital conversion circuit for storing this digital value to a predetermined region in the memory, a control circuit configured so that a control signal is generated for controlling operation of the laser transmitter and following to one or more values stored by the memory, an interface for reading and writing to the region inside the memory, and a comparison logic circuit for storing this flag value to the predetermined region in the memory, and comparing the digital value with the threshold and generating a flag value based on this threshold.
