NURSING CARE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT METHOD AND NURSING CARE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage nursing care activity so that it can be carried out appropriately. SOLUTION: A problem item preparation support section 30 supports the preparation of items of nursing care problems for a patient in conjunction with a first database 32. A plan preparation support section 34 supports the preparation of a nursing care plan by searching a second database 36 based on the prepared items of nursing care problems. An instruction section 38 gives instructions for the implementation of nursing care items included in the prepared nursing care plan in conjunction with a third database 40. A communication section 52, on receiving the implementation result of the nursing care items, outputs it to a recording section 60. A nurse inputs evaluation for the implementation result of the nursing care items in an operation apparatus 62. The inputted evaluation is recorded in the recording section 60. A management section 56 associates mutually corresponding items among the items of nursing care problems, the nursing care items included in the nursing care plan, the implementation result and the evaluation which are stored in the recording section 60.
