CONNECTING PART STRUCTURE OF RAIN GUTTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting part structure of a rain gutter capable of improving an outward appearance, without increasing manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A cylindrical part 21 rising from a peripheral wall, is arranged on the peripheral wall 17a of a vertical gutter connecting part 17 of a vertical gutter 11. A step part 22 opening on the tip 21b of the cylindrical part 21 rotating around an inner peripheral surface, is formed on the inner peripheral surface 21a of the cylindrical part 21. An elastically deformable annular seal member 23 is stored in the step part 22. The insertion end 24b of a connecting pipe 24 connected with a gooseneck 12, is inserted into the cylindrical part 21. An overhang part 25 received in the step part 22 so as to abut on the seal member 23, is formed on the insertion end 24b. An annular cap member 26 for allowing oscillation of the connecting pipe 24, is installed in a tip part 21c of the cylindrical part 21. The cap member 26 has a flange part 28 engageable with the overhang part 25 for preventing falling-off of the connecting pipe 24. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
