Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antioxidant for suppressing the oxidative injury of living body by active oxygen, free radical, and the like, to deteriorate the taste, flavor and nutrition value of foods and induce the degradation of quality and apply adverse effects such as disease and aging to living bodies and provide a food or drink compounded with the antioxidant. SOLUTION: A peptide composed of an amino acid sequence expressed by Phe-Gln-Ser-Glu-Glu-Gln, Phe-Gln-Ser-Glu-Glu, Tyr-Leu-Lys-Thr-Val-Tyr-Gln-His-Gln, Met-His-Gln-Pro-His-Gln, Asp-Lys-Ile-His-Pro, Asp-Lys-His-Tyr or Ile-His has an antioxidation effect and is effective at a low dose.
