Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous suspension for nasal drops, which is easy to prepare, with maintaining superior long-term stability, good redispersibility and high retainability after the intranasal administration, as well as having good after feel. SOLUTION: The aqueous suspension for nasal drops comprises (a) a compound represented by formula (1) (R is a hydroxy group or a cyclohexylcarbonyloxy group) or its solvate, (b) 0.1-5 w/w% crystalline cellulose-carmellose sodium, (c) 0.05-1 w/w% hydroxypropyl cellulose, (d) 0.001-0.2 w/w% nonionic surfactant, (e) a wetting agent and (f) a buffer agent.
