Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing device for a vehicle capable of estimating internal environment and external environment of the traveling of the vehicle by using only a signal detected during traveling. SOLUTION: This device has a vibration detection means for detecting vibration of a prescribed direction of a tire under a vehicle spring, a reference frequency component extraction means for extracting a frequency component to be a reference value from a prescribed frequency band from the vibration detected in the vibration detection means, a comparison frequency component extraction means for extracting a frequency component to be a comparison value from the prescribed frequency band from the vibration detected in the vibration detection means, and an estimation means for estimating at least an environment of the internal environment and external environment of the traveling of the vehicle based on the combination of the frequency components including the frequency component to be the reference value and the frequency component to be the comparison value.
