Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure packaging of a vehicle upon securing the compliance steering characteristic in the toe direction owing to the reaction force of a shock absorber. SOLUTION: A carrier 11 (rear wheel supporting member) is coupled with a vehicle body 30 by a pair of upper links 21 and 22, a pair of lower links 23 and 24, and the shock absorber 26. The upper links 21 and 22 and the lower links 23 and 24 are coupled at one-side ends with the carrier 11 through rubber bushings 31a-34a, and at the other ends, with the body 30 through rubber bushings 31b-34b. The shock absorber 26 is coupled at the top with part of the body 30, and at the bottom, with the carrier 11. A virtual king pin shaft K formed from the upper links 21 and 22 and the lower links 23 and 24 is inclined so that the upper part is positioned outside in the vehicle width direction more than the lower part. The coupling position Q of of the shock absorber 26 with the body 30 lies behind the vehicle or outside in the vehicle width direction more than the coupling position R with the carrier 11.
