Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording medium for inkjet which enables formation of a stable image by an inkjet printer, has a sufficient strength, arouses no uncomfortable feeling on the occasion of being stuck on the skin and is useful for a medical adhesive tape. SOLUTION: The image recording medium for inkjet comprises an adhesive layer which contains a hot melt adhesive of 40-95 wt.% and a thermoplastic resin of 5-60 wt.% having a softening point in the range of 25-300°C and which has a thickness of 20-1,000 μm, and an image accepting layer which is provided on the adhesive layer and which has a thickness of 15-50 μm and is capable of accepting printing ink for inkjet.
