IMAGE READING/RECORDING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reading/recording device of which the arrangement of a hand set will not deter size reduction of the device, even if it is equipped with a flat-bed scanner. SOLUTION: The image reading/recording device comprises an image reading means A which reads an original, while being fixed to a reading surface, an image recording means B which records the image on a recording material, and the hand set 14 of a telephone equipped with facsimile functions being equipped. The image reading means A is arranged at the upper part of the device body, and the hand set 14 is arranged in the lower part, within projection of the image reading means A, while being situated on the side of the image recording means.
