SOLUTION: A photographing apparatus is provided with: a photographing means 7 for continuing inputting a photographing signal at any time when power is supplied; a signal processing means 5 for carrying out image signal processing; an image memory 3 for storing an image signal; a recording means 2 for writing/reading the image signal to/from a recording medium 1; a display means 6 for displaying a photographed image; a system control means 8 for controlling all the means above; and an operation means 7 for carrying out user's operations.
