SOLUTION: Regarding the magnetic and conductive heating roller 210, a 1st layer 210a having proper thermal conductivity is layered on a 2nd layer 210b constituted of a hollow cylindrical ferromagnetic metal member. An exciting coil 300, arranged inside the heating roller 210, is constituted of a plurality of coil means 200 having a coil 212 wound around a bobbin-like magnetic core. The coil 212 is wound around the magnetic core 211 so that the directions of the magnetic fields generated from the adjacent coil means among respective coil means 200 are opposite to each other.
