SOLUTION: In this method, in a nuclear power plant, the radioactive material handling facility or the like, a photo-curing type vinyl ester resin satisfying a specification of radioactivity resistance, heat resistance and tensile strength is formed beforehand in a sheet shape, and the formed product is directly stuck onto a SUS steel, a general steel product, concrete or the like in the air.
