SOLUTION: In case it is decided that it is other than a range D at 42, it is decided that leg release is not effected at 43, it is decided that it is a high speed at 44, it is decided that it is not up shift at 45, it is decided that a deviation ¾eip¾ between a final target change gear ratio and a transition target change gear ratio is higher than a set value α at 46, a time constant T of the transition target change gear ratio to the final target change gear ratio is computed as usual at 47. In case it is decided that up shifting is effected during low-speed run in a range D at 42-45 and after it is decided that it is ¾eip¾
