Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve easy to carry, good for construction and superior in workability. SOLUTION: A sheet 12 includes a laminate in which a low density polyethylene layer 14, a PET layer with a deposited layer deposited thereon, a nylon layer, and a PET layer are laminated in sequence. By using the two sheets 12, a sleeve 10 is formed in such a manner that the sheets 12 are layered with the low density polyethylene layers 14 facing each other and seal portions 24 at their ends are thermally fused.
