Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-surface flexible type butterfly valve capable of adjusting a flange inter-surface distance by moving a flange short pipe in an axial direction against a valve casing while only making a bolt member rotate when dimensions of flange surfaces between both ends of the butterfly valve are adjusted. SOLUTION: In the inter-surface flexible type butterfly valve, a flange short pipe moving means 8 is provided with at least a pair of screw holes respectively corresponding to a valve casing 1 side and flange short pipe 7 side, and the bolt member 20 engaged with the screw holes. The bolt member is integrally provided with a first screw section 21 movable to one way direction at one axial end side, and a second screw section 22 movable to another way direction at the other axial end side. The screw holes respectively corresponding to the valve casing side and flange short pipe side are screw holes which are reversed each other. Based on rotational operation of the bolt member, the distance between the flange surfaces is adjustable by making the flange short pipe move in an axial direction against the valve casing.
