PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baseboard capable of having a good-looking with the feeling of high grade, good corresponding to unevenness, finely absorbing an oscillating sound of a floor, having the excellence in workability and durability and having the excellence in manufacturing efficiency. SOLUTION: The baseboard 10 includes a plate-like body 11 having a projection section 12 to the lower end section in an indoor space side and a flexible unevenness corresponding section 15 fixed to the surface on a wall side of the projection section 12 and the lower end section 14 on the wall side of the body 11 and abutted on a floor surface by projecting into the floor surface side rather than the projection section 12. It is favorable that the body 11 is formed of a wood meal containing resin composition.
