Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize or optimize the return amount of evaporated fuel refluxed according to inner pressure change during fueling and vapor generating amount change, and to reduce and suppress fuel evaporating amount to be generated. SOLUTION: The evaporated fuel discharge suppressing device comprises a first connecting flow passage 22c and a second connecting flow passage 22d branched off from a reflux evaporated fuel flow passage 22 and being connected to a fueling pipe 2. The first connecting flow passage 22c enable flowing of the evaporated fuel under predetermined pressure all time. The second connecting flow passage 22s is provided with an opening/closing means 20 having a communicating hole which is blocked when the pressure in the reflux evaporated fuel flow passage 22 is high and opened when the pressure in the the reflux evaporated fuel flow passage 22 becomes low.
