FORMING METHOD OF RESIN COMPONENT AND RESIN COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin component which has good boundary lines, a good visual quality, and a stain-resistant structure. SOLUTION: A resin substrate 11 has the 1st right face 12 which touches the reverse face 21 of a skin 20 and the 2nd right face 13 which does not touch the reverse face 21 of the skin 20, and it is shown that this 2nd right face 13 is connected with the 1st right face 12 through a step 14 on the same plane or in the way separating from the reverse face 21 of the skin 20 by only t. The skin 20 has a folded back strip 22 which has formation of folding back at its one end, and a part of this folded back strip 22 is made to be buried in the resin substrate 11 at the boundary position of the 1st right face 12 and the 2nd right face 13. As clear from the figure, the folded back strip 22 and the 2nd right face 13 of the side of the substrate are connected at a right angle or at an almost right angle.
